Build a multi-page paper pack

Each pack item is an immutable snapshot of a page configuration: when you add a page, its exact settings are captured, so later edits to a preset never silently rewrite a pack you have already assembled. Quantity multiplies a page; section labels group pages and drive the contents page and optional separators; “repeat each section” duplicates whole sections in place for classroom sets.

Mixed page sizes are allowed but flagged — a single PDF can hold Letter and A4 pages together, while the generated cover, contents and separator pages take the first page’s size. Mirrored gutters add the binding margin to the left on recto (odd) sheets and the right on verso (even) sheets, the way a bound notebook reads; the duplex preview labels each sheet recto or verso so you can check the alternation before printing.

Two hard caps are enforced before any rendering begins: 200 pages and 250 MB of estimated output. They exist to keep generation fast and the download manageable on ordinary hardware; the estimate and the caps are shown above the export buttons so you are never surprised mid-render. The single PDF draws every page from the same vector scene used in the preview, so what you see is exactly what prints — at 100% scale, with “fit to page” switched off.
